BiBle Verse

Prayer:

Lead me Lord during this week to paths I have not yet seen. That I may each and every day be all that I can be. If the paths are stormy and very rough give me strength, make me tough. For I know when all is said and done, I will always stand victorious for the battle you have won! In Jesus mighty name amen thank you Jesus Be blessed

Jesus, hope of the nations

Jesus, comfort for all who mourn
You are the source of heaven's hope on earth

Jesus, light in the darkness
Jesus, truth in each circumstance
You are the source of heaven's light on earth

In history, You lived and died,
You broke the chains, You rose to life

You are the hope, living in us
You are the Rock, in whom we trust
You are the light
shining for all the world to see

You rose from the dead, conquering fear
Our Prince of Peace, drawing us near
Jesus our hope
Living for all who will receive
Lord we believe!!

Bible Verse

Jeremiah 9:23-24

'Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows Me.'

- The crux of the matter is that we need to know God.
- That is the only thing worth boasting about.
- Ask the Holy Spirit to make God a reality to you.
- He is ready and willing to reveal Himself to you.

PRAYER: Lord, it is my desire and longing to know You and to experience You as a reality in my daily life. Amen.

AIM TO ENCOURAGE

"In this way he will be able to encourage others with the true teaching".  Titus 1:9 GNB People hold many different ideas about what Christian teaching is about. For some, it is about correcting people's sins. For others it is about denouncing the evils of the day. Yet others think it is about helping people to succeed. And again many consider it to be just cheering up those who are down. Paul taught those who teach and preach the Christian message that their aim should be to encourage. The true message does that. It lifts up those who are down. It challenges those who are on top of the world. It creates hope in those who have given up. It demands faith in those who find it easier to doubt than to believe. The word translated "encourage" is interesting. It is the word used elsewhere as the name or title of the Holy Spirit - advocate, counsellor, helper or comforter. The message about Jesus is a confident message - and one that encourages confidence in those who hear. It is a positive message that denounces only sparingly. It points people away from problems to the solutions of God and of Jesus. It is a strong message to the weak, a certain message to the uncertain, and a challenging message to the strong. It is easy to denounce - and hard to encourage. It is easy to go off on side issues and controversies. It is easier to teach on an interesting subject appealing only to people's minds than to help them to encounter God. Look for the message that is positive, strong and encouraging. Affirm it where you find and hear it. Question it when it's off key. Prayer thought: Lord, let your Holy Spirit inspire Christian teachers everywhere to encourage strong faith in their hearers.

Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else. Rejoice always, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not treat prophecies with contempt but test them all; hold on to what is good, reject every kind of evil. (1 Thessalonians 5:15, 16, 18-22 NIV)

No matter how many times you get knocked down, keep getting back up. God sees your resolve. He sees your determination. And when you do everything you can do, that’s when God will step in and do what you can’t do.

    A dad is someone who

MEETING GRACE IN WEAKNESS

"I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs,
in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when
I am weak, then I am strong."
2 CORINTHIANS 12:10

Now it does not say that Paul made himself weak on purpose. We do not have to seek weaknesses, infirmities, tribulations, temptations, or trials. We already have them. The key is how do we
respond to them? We can fight them, or we can embrace them. Paul clearly shows us that it is not always God's will for us to be saved FROM the fire. Often we are called to walk THROUGH the fire,
with no assurance except that His Grace is sufficient. In the fire we learn that "Grace" is a Man, just like Victory is a Man.

To be delivered from weakness is one thing, but to meet Grace in my
weakness is something else entirely.

Stay blessed

The Bible teaches that in the end times, right before the return of Jesus, the greatest political leader in the history of Mankind will emerge. After taking over that area by diplomatic cunning and deceit, he will launch a military campaign that will result in his acquiring "authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation" (Revelation 13:7). His empire will be the most extensive in all of history, encompassing the entire world, and his rule will be the most demonic the world has ever experienced.

He will begin his rise to power as a dynamic, charismatic, insightful, visionary leader who will astound the world with the cleverness of his solutions to world problems. He will appear to be the savior of the world. But as he consolidates his power, his true nature will be revealed. He will emerge as a Satan possessed and empowered person who hates God and is determined to annihilate both Christianity and Judaism. For this reason, he is identified in scripture as the Antichrist (1 John 2:18), for he will stand against God and His anointed one, Jesus Christ.

Set your mind for success in the right direction. God wants to bring you to a flourishing finish. It doesn't matter what man says . It doesn't matter what the news says. It doesn't matter what the daily news or any other News paper says. It doesn't matter what your neighbors say. It doesn't matter what the economy looks like. It doesn't matter what your job forecast looks like. It doesn't matter what the health report looks like. Disappointment is not the final chapter in your life.

God has a victorious finish in your future. But when you 're a believer, you can rest assured that God is in divine control of your life. Just as God uses promotion, breakthroughs, encouragement, God also uses disappointments, closed door, betrayals, and presecution, to move you, toward His divine plan.

God knows how to get you where you need to be. God has a reason for everything happening in your life and has a plan to prosper you in all things. God has a divine purpose for your life.

You can trust Him to do things His way. Isaiah 14:27 Says, The LORD OF HOSTS has purposed, and who will annul it? God's plan for your life, cannot be stopped by a bad break. Nothing you have done or haven't done can cancel you, from your destiny as long as you keep God first place in your life.Repent before God and seek him with your whole heart. God wants us to live a life that's pleasing to him. A life that brings honour to God.

Have a blessed day!!!

Bible Verse

Luke 12:15

Then HE said to them, "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions."

- Greed is something that can creep into our lives.
- Don't always be wishing for what you don't have.
- God is watching our hearts.
- Real living consists of more than just what we own.

PRAYER: Lord, forgive me for wanting what I don't have right now. Help me to be content, knowing that You know my every need. Amen.

One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD. Psalms 27:4

It is true that most of the youth in this day and age are only interested in money, looking cool, acting like they rule the world. but what does that really get you? A temporary  high?

Its a new season. What are you going to do different, do better. Change is a scary thought but Christ is waiting for you with open arms waiting to ease your fears. All we have to do is LOVE. that is the greatest of all things, love others the way Jesus love you!
